This is why we initially set off with a service and consultancy venture headquartered in Pittsburgh PA, USA, which strived towards providing innovative, flexible, and cost-effective solutions to companies, regardless of their size and nature of business.
It was also around 2017 when financial markets were flashing warning signs for another recession that businesses across various industries, big or small, started prepping up for a strong defense while simultaneously reining in costs. As part of cost restructuring and financial discipline, more companies started using offshoring for back-end support to accomplish their business goals. This period also accelerated the already underway trend of remote working with the help of technology-driven services.
Our readiness to seize the moment coupled with the willingness to serve our clients in a better and cost-effective way led to the establishment of our India-based setup in the form of Servicio IT Solutions Implementation & Operations Consulting LLP, in the year 2017. It became fully functional by 2018 as a global consultancy that helped and worked alongside its ambitious clients in their quest to change the corporate future.
